A B2B ordering experience built around the business
A custom B2B ordering portal connecting product discovery, cart management, Stripe checkout, and inventory synchronization inside Zoho Creator.
A custom ordering portal bringing product browsing, cart management, Stripe checkout, and inventory synchronization together within Zoho Creator.
Impex Automotive needed a dedicated business ordering experience that could bring customers through product selection and checkout while remaining connected to its underlying inventory system.
The application needed to support the shopping journey while allowing greater control over how the interface and business processes were presented.
I developed a branded B2B ordering portal using Zoho Creator, combining custom interface development with the application’s underlying business logic.
The solution included product browsing, a shopping cart, and Stripe checkout integrated into the ordering experience. Inventory synchronization connected the customer-facing application with product availability information.
I used custom HTML, CSS, Zoho Creator widgets, and Deluge to create the interface and support its functionality.
The completed application brings the customer’s ordering journey and inventory information into one connected environment, with an interface tailored to the business.

Connecting business operations in one application
A centralized operations application connecting quotations, order management, quality control, shipping, and financial visibility in one workflow.
A role-based operations portal bringing quotation, order management, quality control, shipping, and financial processes into a connected workflow.
Xans had several operational activities to manage across the order lifecycle, from preparing quotations and handling orders to quality checks, shipping, and financial records.
The application needed to bring these activities into a more connected working environment while supporting the different responsibilities of the people involved.
I developed a custom operations portal using Zoho Creator, with role-based access and workflows supporting different stages of business operations.
The application covered quotation management, order processing, quality control logging, shipping activities, and financial tracking, including receivables and payables.
I also implemented interactive forms, action-based interfaces, and transaction document generation to help users carry out tasks within the application.

Two distinct storefront experiences. One connected commerce system.
Two distinct wellness storefront experiences built within one connected Zoho Commerce environment, with shared shopping and checkout journeys.
A multi-brand shopping experience that gives Divine Health & Wellness and Black Onyx their own visual identities while sharing the underlying commerce infrastructure.
Divine Health & Wellness needed an online presence that could accommodate different product identities without creating disconnected shopping systems.
Alongside its main wellness brand, the business introduced Black Onyx as a distinct product line. Each needed an appropriate storefront experience, but customers still needed access to shared shopping, account, and checkout functionality.
The challenge was to create that separation within the capabilities of Zoho Commerce while maintaining a consistent purchasing experience.
I worked across Zoho Sites and Zoho Commerce to develop the website and shopping experience.
The main Divine Health & Wellness website was built in Zoho Sites, with its commerce functionality handled through Zoho Commerce.
Within the commerce environment, I implemented a category-based approach to distinguish the Black Onyx product line from the main Divine Health & Wellness shopping experience.
Using custom CSS and JavaScript, I developed different visual treatments and navigation experiences while keeping both connected to the same underlying commerce infrastructure.
This allowed the storefronts to maintain separate brand presentations while sharing core shopping functionality, including the cart, checkout, and customer account environment.
The completed implementation supports two distinct customer-facing brand experiences within one connected commerce infrastructure.
It demonstrates how a commerce platform can be customized to accommodate more complex branding and shopping requirements.

A tailored commerce experience for a specialist product catalog
Custom styling of Zoho Commerce shopping pages for a specialist connectivity supplier, including category, product, cart, and other storefront interfaces.
Custom storefront development for JAYCOR, refining product discovery and shopping interfaces within Zoho Commerce.
JAYCOR supplies specialist products across industrial connectivity, enterprise IT and networking, and broadcast and audiovisual equipment.
Its online store needed to present a broad technical product catalog through a shopping experience that felt consistent with the company’s brand.
Working within Zoho Commerce meant adapting platform-generated pages rather than designing every interface entirely from scratch.
I customized the Zoho Commerce storefront using CSS and JavaScript, focusing on the presentation and behavior of key shopping pages.
The work included category listings, individual product pages, cart interfaces, and other commerce-generated elements.
These customizations helped establish a more consistent visual experience across different parts of the store while retaining the underlying Zoho Commerce functionality.
The implementation required working with the platform’s existing page structures and styling constraints.
The completed customization provides a more tailored shopping interface aligned with JAYCOR’s brand and specialist product catalog.
The project demonstrates practical front-end development within an established commerce platform.

A private storefront with connected customer and loyalty workflows
A members-only commerce experience with controlled customer access and connected referral and loyalty workflows across Zoho applications.
A members-only Zoho Commerce experience combining controlled access, customer onboarding, and referral and loyalty management.
Wound Concierge needed a private online shopping environment where access to the storefront could be managed through an approval process.
Beyond the shopping experience, the business also needed a way to coordinate customer information, referral relationships, and loyalty rewards across its Zoho applications.
The challenge was to connect these activities without treating the storefront, customer records, and rewards program as completely separate processes.
I developed and customized a members-only storefront using Zoho Commerce, with attention to the shopping experience, product presentation, and customer-facing pages.
I also worked on the supporting customer-access process, using Zoho Forms for registration and approval-related information and connecting customer records with Zoho Inventory.
For referral and loyalty management, I configured workflows involving Zoho Thrive, including referral relationships and reward-point functionality.
The overall process combined application integrations, configured workflows, and defined manual administrative steps where necessary.
I also prepared an internal standard operating procedure to document how the relevant processes should be managed.
The completed project brings together a controlled commerce environment and supporting customer-management processes.
The setup provides a structured way to manage approved customers, maintain connected records, and operate referral and loyalty activities.

Connecting customer inquiries, job scheduling, and moving operations
A completed Zoho CRM implementation connecting lead intake, job management, scheduling, crew coordination, and supporting business workflows.
A Zoho CRM system designed around the operational needs of a moving and storage business, from incoming leads through job coordination and completion.
The moving company needed a more structured way to manage the journey from an incoming customer inquiry to a scheduled and completed moving job.
Its requirements went beyond conventional sales pipeline tracking.
The system needed to account for job scheduling, morning and afternoon bookings, full-day moves, crew assignments, and coordination between office staff and field workers.
The business also needed its CRM processes to work alongside customer intake, communication, and calendar tools.
I assessed the existing Zoho CRM setup, identified operational gaps, and implemented a more structured approach to managing the lead-to-job process.
The work covered CRM organization, customer and job information, booking workflows, scheduling requirements, and crew-coordination processes.
The implementation was guided by the company’s operational structure, including its booking arrangements and the different responsibilities involved in managing moving jobs.
I also addressed the supporting integration requirements involving Gravity Forms, RingCentral, Gmail, and Google Calendar as part of the overall CRM solution.
The completed CRM project provides a more structured foundation for managing customer inquiries, coordinating bookings, organizing job information, and supporting moving operations.
The solution was designed around the business’s actual service-delivery workflow rather than a generic sales pipeline.

An AI support agent built around real travel information
An n8n-powered travel support agent connecting conversational AI with tour information, booking links, pickup details, and contextual knowledge retrieval.
An intelligent customer-support workflow connecting conversational AI with tour knowledge, pickup information, reservation resources, and contextual search.
A tour business needed a way to handle recurring customer questions about its travel experiences.
These questions could involve tour details, hotel pickup arrangements, reservation links, and other practical information customers need before or after booking.
The support experience needed access to relevant business information rather than relying entirely on generic AI-generated responses.
I developed an AI-powered customer support workflow using n8n, integrating an OpenAI language model with contextual memory and a Qdrant vector database.
The agent was designed to retrieve relevant tour information and respond to customer inquiries using available knowledge resources.
Its capabilities included answering frequently asked questions, providing tour and reservation information, retrieving hotel pickup details, sharing booking links, and assisting with exchange-rate-related inquiries.
I also structured the response formatting and conversational workflow to support clear, useful interactions.
The completed solution provides a conversational support workflow that retrieves relevant travel information and responds to common customer inquiries through a connected AI system.

A consultation-booking automation connecting conversational AI with calendar availability, appointment management, customer records, and confirmations.
An immigration and residency consultancy needed a structured way to handle consultation-booking requests.
Scheduling required more than collecting a preferred date. The workflow needed to interpret customer requests, check appointment availability, manage bookings, maintain lead information, and communicate confirmations.
These activities also needed to work together across the business’s existing applications.
I developed an AI-powered consultation booking workflow using n8n and an OpenAI-powered agent with conversational memory.
The workflow integrated Google Calendar to check availability, create appointments, and cancel bookings where required.
I connected Airtable for lead and booking information, and Gmail for confirmation messages.
